Linda is the BEST! I reached out to Linda on September 2nd about getting a HELOAN since she did our mortgage 9yrs ago. She started working on our HELOAN quotes right away. She sent us over the quotes and some advice on how to get better rates. We followed her advice and rec'd  a CLEAR TO CLOSE IN 5 DAYS message! With her guidance, we got the lowest rates around, got the most cash in our pocket at closing. Our process from quotes to close was exactly 16 days!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda and the entire Mortgages By Linda team. From the beginning of our home-buying journey through closing, and even after closing, they were knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

Their availability was exceptional. The team was readily accessible by email, text, and phone. They even made time outside normal business hours to prepare preapproval letters for our time-sensitive offers. They worked closely with us through three different house bids, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped us strategize so that we could submit a stronger, more competitive offer on the home we ultimately purchased.

Linda and her team also worked seamlessly with our realtors at Nomad Realty, which made the entire process feel coordinated and efficient. They communicated well across everyone involved and also provided helpful recommendations for homeowners insurance, making it easier for us to navigate another important part of the purchase.
